We booked this tour through Klook the night before, and unfortunately, we weren’t able to select the exact date because the tour requires booking at least 24 hours in advance. Thankfully, the staff were very accommodating and still allowed all five of us to join the tour despite the last-minute booking.

If you’re planning a Bangkok itinerary, don’t miss a day trip to the Maeklong Railway Market and Damnoen Saduak Floating Market—two of Thailand’s most unique experiences.
Maeklong Railway Market
We left Central World at 7:30 AM and arrived at Maeklong Railway Market by 8:45 AM. This market is famous for its stalls set on active train tracks, earning the nickname “the world’s most dangerous market”. Watching vendors pull back their goods as the train passes is a must-see! We spent about an hour buying souvenirs and taking photos.

Damnoen Saduak Floating Market
After a 30-minute drive, we reached Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. A 30-minute boat ride let us explore canals filled with stalls selling food and souvenirs. Don’t miss the famous coconut ice cream—it’s the best! We also enjoyed lunch here before heading to our next stop.

Water Buffalo Café & Pink Buffaloes
Next, we visited Water Buffalo Café to try desserts and see Thailand’s rare pink buffaloes. Such a relaxing spot!
We returned to Bangkok around 4 PM. With a few hours left before our flight, my partner and I decided to chill at Starbucks to charge our phones. Here's a fact: Starbucks in Thailand is quite pricey, so I stopped converting prices to pesos. 🤧

Dinner at Central World Food Hall

For our last meal, we tried a Michelin-recommended dish at the Central World food hall. The prawns were great, but honestly, the noodles tasted like regular fried flat noodles—not spicy, not sweet—reminded me of tortang talong from home!
